Between all the various websites and youtube channels, any obvious gaps to fill in?

A topic I'm curious about from other peoples' perspectives. I'm nearing the end of my residency training and still have a hope of helping to "update" the way the medical community as a whole approaches nutrition and exercise to a more evidence-based and effective manner. There are obviously lots of ways to disseminate knowledge (studies, books, blogs, videos, talks, etc), and there is a ton of material available online already. While I could stick solely to the medical side of things if I branched out to the fitness (really I mean the non-medical more general population) side of things through some avenue I may gain more traction with that which could make it easier to translate my knowledge/thoughts long term. On the other hand I don't want to make another generic youtube channel or website that just rehashes information people can find elsewhere. On the third hand there are certainly some physicians out there who have made a name for themselves and are quite popular but unfortunately many of them seem to miss the mark a lot or be quite biased.

Given all that, and moreso for people who've seen me post for awhile (regular posters or lurkers), do you think there'd be anything I could contribute that people would find helpful? Or any gaps in general (even if I'm not qualified to contribute, I'm just curious)? I wouldn't start anything for another 1-2 years (at which time the whole landscape could change), but I'm trying to plan out the next phase of my career. If there isn't anything that is of course fine and I may find solace/utility in writing a fairly comprehensive book (though getting people to read a book may prove a challenge, lol).
