Workout for a month+. My motivation for starting to work out was to have abs. But it has now became gaining more muscle. Currently gaining muscle slowly but surely. Getting abs is still on my to do list. Almost able to see my 4packs with good lighting ofc.
I'm afraid of getting fat on my belly if I do bulking.
