So im starting a bulk tomorrow and i wanna make sure im doing it right. Im fairly new to counting macros and i calculated how much i need based on my weight and height but i wanna get someones opinion if the number are right. A little bit of myself(27 yrs, 5"8, 160 pounds). So it says i need 3000 calories, 447g of carbs, 160g of protein and 70g of fat. I think protein and fat is a little low but what do you guys think?
