2000 vs 1500 Calories

Hi,

Hope I am posting this in the right spot.

I used to be around 185 - 190lbs around 2 years ago. I am currently sitting at around 215-220lbs. Because of work, I would like to drop back to my old weight. I have been debating, if I should go for a daily calorie intake of 1500 or 2000 until I reach the desire weight?

I am 5"9 and in my mid-thirties. I train for over an hour a day, 5 times a week(weight lifting followed by cardio)
