https://imgur.com/a/9YUQ5lH The top is my current body atm. been cutting 1800 cals since I’ve been lifting which is 5 months now and havnt lost any weight or gained. Is my metabolism getting slower I lose 10lbs before I started lifiting in a month and before that I got down to 120 at 5’7 years ago ( wasn’t healthy ended up in a hospital if I had to guess I was probably eating under 1k) now I Just can’t seem to budge for months. I’m very active and most calculators I use to figure out tdee say I’m around 2500 for maintenance so at 1800 cals a day I’m in a 700 cal defecit shouldn’t I be losing weight? If I’ve been maintaining should I drop my cals another 500? I lift 5 times a week do hiit cardio 3 times a week and steady state 2 times a week. I also work at FedEx unloading there trailers on the night shift. My lifts are continuing to go up each week my bench is at 185 squat 235( my hips shot up first on my 235 attempt so I think I have more work to do on my form) 255 dL and 110 ohp. I’m tracking every little thing I eat and round up all my cals so I don’t have any wiggle room for example 3 eggs are 216 cals so I round it up to 250 etc . Or maybe my maintenance but wouldn’t 500 lower then 1800 bet too low of cals
