What do you think of this pre post workout snack

Found these bad boys for 12 pesos (less than 18 cents a pack)

190 cals, 47g carbs, 36 g sugar, 6 g fiber

I usually eat bananas, but just in case im on the run

3x a week total body, 2x a week sprints, 1-2 teams liss or steady state, and currently on a cut
