I am looking for someone to help me figure out an estimate of how many calories I burn in a weekday. My weekday workout is as follows:
55 minutes of weightlifting at a moderate intensity
3 mile Jog at 7mins/mile
30 minutes on the elipitical = 275 calories
100 on the exercise bike at a moderate pace
50k steps.
I am 167 pounds.
