Hey As the name implies, I have a bit of discouragement even though I've lost like 23lbs in 3 months. I'm tracking my calorie intake to the T and weighing / measuring everything.
I bulked up nicely to 320 and now trying to cut down. So far, I am at about 297lbs 23% body fat. I lift 2 hours a day heavy and high intensity for 3 days out of 6 days.
These are my macros for yesterday:
Fat; 118
Carbs: 158
Protein 418
Everything I eat is either pan seared fish, chicken, or other lean meats. Greek Yogurt and egg whites with berries are a staple for breakfast. Cans of tuna fish fill my office desk drawer. I have a flax seed wrap with my protein for my lunch. Most of my fats are coming from the lean meats, walnuts and pistachios. Eating 7 times a day. Is this all on point or am I missing something? I think my fat is low but I'm not really sure. Just need some more experienced persons to help with answering. I've read and read, now I just want the answer from someone reputable with an intelligent comment. Thanks all who will help.
