Testosterone

I’m a 42 yo male that just got my testosterone tested. The first one was a total and it came out 203. He sent me for a retest and it was 334 and the free was 62. The first one is clearly very low and the retest, both are in the normal range but on the low end.

Question is. Can you really increase your testosterone by diet?

Also, if I did get on testerone replacement therapy, would going from the low end to the middle/high end really increase my performance? Or is performance only increase when you’re on the heavy duty stuff that the professionals take?
