Greek Yogurt. Good or bad?

I personally love it for the taste and macros. Full fat is a great weight gainer and it's also pretty high in protein. Low fat versions contain around 10g per 100g. I heard it even boosts testosterone and helps build muscle cuz it's high in certain vitamins but I also heard that because it's dairy it's likely to be full of estrogen. Should I include it in my diet or not? Will it really affect my testosterone levels?
