Hey guys it's coming close to summer and wanting to shed down quite a bit I'm currently 6ft and 200lbs think around 25% bf my diet ain't been the best so last week I decided to do a weekly meal prep
Meal 1 - 7 egg whites with 2 whole eggs
Meal 2 - 5oz chicken green veg
Meal 3 - ( pre workout ) bagel with teaspoon of peanut butter
Meal 4 - (post workout) protein shake
Meal 5 - (half hour after workout ) 5 oz chicken 6oz sweet potato and veg
Meal 6 - 5oz 90/10 beef mince with veg.
Do you guys think this is too much for me,if so what adjustments could I make?
I'm currently going to start Arnold Schwarzenegger cut programme on Monday see how that goes,cheers guys.
