diet help

hi all bit of background to start with used to train regular about 10 years back but stopped training now I'm getting back into it after letting myself go completely and I would like some help to set up a nutrition plan


I estimate I'm about 30% bf mainly in the stomach/ waist 5 ft 6 tall and weigh 210lbs and I'm looking to recompose and lose the fat and gain muscle I will be looking at working out 5-6 days a week weights and cardio


I've used a macro calculator app and got the following
to maintain 126.7g protein (18%) 399.4g carbs (57%) 77.9g fat(25%)

to cut 180g protein(40%) 108.9g carbs(24%) 73.3g fat (36%)

PS ignore my dp it shows as that ancient lol I've tried to change it but wouldn't let me
