Help needed with macros !

I am 5ft10.5 and 68 kg

I am skinny fat and a month or so ago became rather lean (for my own standards). Yet I've started to go backwards and want to get back on track. I fear my bloating may be a result of having stepped up my protein intake to around 180g and of this having 70g from a whey powder.

I am wondering what the best macros and amounts of each macro I should be consuming whilst heading towards becoming leaner?
