Hello guys, long story short after my binge eating and thinking that I have some kind of immunity to store fat i gained some muscle but along with fat.
After new year i started cutting and dropped for 2 and a half months i dropped 6kg~13lbs.
Now i weight 76kg.~167lbs. and my height is 188cm=6.1 feet
My question is should continue cutting or start bulking and at what bodyfat % do you think i am. Now i know i look more skinny than fat but i want first to drop down to ~10%bodyfat before start a bulking phase and i think I've got a bit a lower belly fat to get rid off because for me I think that this is more optimal to start bulking with lean body.
What is your opinion guys ?
