I have been on a lean bulk for 2 weeks but I personally don’t think I should be based on my body comp.
Could I do a recomp or should I still cut and look very weeedy to a low body fat before bulking? Other option is to carry on my bulk and put up with getting fat, in order to gain muscle so that when I do a cut, I won’t look as skinny.
Any advice?
