Hello guys,
I am trying to do a clean bulk by eating 400 calories surplus and lifting heavy 3-5 days a week.
My problem is I am a competetive eater and I have to eat 7000-10000 calories each contest (I do an eating contest every other week).
when I wasn't bulking, I used to eat less on days when I don't compete to prevent fat gain.
My question is how to recover from a binge while doing a clean bulk ?
