Bodybuilding nutritional advice

I’m 18 years old ,my height is 5”8,and I weigh about 143lbs.could someone pls tell me if I should bulk or cut ? Btw could someone also estimate my body fat percentage? Thanks alot❤️
(Guys btw I’ve been lifting for over a year and went on a bulk for awhile,I was wayyy skinnier before this if you can believe it
