As the title states, I'm in search of advice for a specific diet/ nutrition plan to follow. I am 6'0 175 lbs. I've trained on and off for several years, however, graduate school has consumed most of my time over the years and has kept me from the gym. I am completely uneducated when it comes to nutrition and diet. Now that I have time, my goal is to be able to train very hard the next 2 months for the summer in the gym, but I need a plan to eat correctly to supplement it. I still have muscle left from the years of on and off training, but I want to build a lot more while burning some of the body fat I have at the same time. Does anyone have advice?
