Where Do I go from here?

For the past 4 months I've been cutting down from 149.2 lbs to my current 137 lbs. My weight loss slowed down unfortunately and I’m losing only 0-.2 lbs a week for the past month. Do you think it’s wise to cut harder, take a day off my diet to normalize hormones (re-feed or cheat day/meal), or transition into a bulk? I’m worried about the bulk however since I’m still not low enough body fat to have a successful bulk (low fat gains high muscle gains). I’ve attached my pics below.

Also what bf do u think i am at? I can't make it out too well.
