I have my first time photo shoot in 6 days, so how should i appear with my best condition?
How should i get rid of excess body water and look full?
Bare in mind that iam not a pro and iam not willing to go extreme on my self like drinking 4 gallons of water and not drinking at all 24 hrs prior to the shoot.
I usually take cheat meal weekly, my next cheat is tmrw, while the photo shoot is within 6 days, so should i wait until iam done with the photo shoot and have my cheat meal to avoid sodium?
I just want to look good, no necessity for extremely cut like a diamond
Any tips will be appreciated
