Question about my lean bulk

so today I ate I belive 700-1000 more calories than I am supposed to, I want to sort of "break even" so tomorrow I want to just hit my protein macros and maybe eat a bit oatmeal to satasfiy myself and like that's it, is that okay to do so ?
