So, unless I workout in the mornings I find it nearly impossible to be consistent as so many business and family related issues popup during the day and evenings.
Problem with the mornings is time is so crunched so I'm trying to figure out a way to shortcut my meals in the mornings.
For my preworkout I'll have about 10 minutes from the time I crawl out of bed to the time I arrive at the gym. I plan to prepare a shake the night before. The ingredients include, 1/4cup of dry old fashion oats, handful of almonds, banana, strawberries and protein powder.
I'll also have another protein-only shake on the way back from the gym and a solid meal an hour after that.
Can you guys offer some suggestions for my PWO meal? Minimal preparation and still tastes decent after reheating is what I'm looking for.
