Oil in canned tuna

So when I don't have any meat unfrozen for my meal I just pop 2 cans of tuna. I try to soak most of the oil (vegetable oil) out with paper towels, but it always stays pretty oily. How bad is it? It is probably just fat, but should I keep eating canned tuna or is the oil just bad news?
