I stated that in my last thread I was going to start going to the gym using the starting strength routine. Instead I have decided I will use the Feirce 5 routine. I know I’m not going to be huge within 6 months but will I see a difference within this short time frame? I have people on Instagram ( normal people my age, 18, who look a lot better after one year going from skinny to looking quite buff) but I am unsure what program they are on. Any answers to my question? I am 140 pounds/10 stone around 5ft 9
