So I was watching a Jay cutler video where he says the three most important meals are brekfast, meal before workout and the one after...
So was thinking if I workout chest on Monday and eat clean for 2 days after (Mon&Tues) will eating sloppy on the third day (Wed) hurt the gains on my chest?
Might seem like a silly question but how many meals before a muscle group (which has been worked out) cannot gain anymore from the extra meals? 2 days 3 days? So when is that healing process for chest complete such that eating more meals and not working out will not build anymore mass?
I have naturally big thighs / legs so my focus is really chest..
