I am going on a trip to NYC over the Christmas holiday for about 13 days I was wondering if anyone on here had advice on how to best Maintain my progress. I actually plan on hitting the gym at least 2 or 3 times while there and may even have access to some sort of kitchen but obviously don’t want to take up too much vacation time with nutrition and fitness. I also want to eat out at least 5 or 6 times. My plan has been to somewhat track macros even while eating out and try and stay around maintenance and get enough protien. Any other advice? Good on the go foods for vacation time. (Ps i know i have been posting here a lot but i have recently discovered this resource and have been getting a lot of good answers)
