Hey guys im on my second week of Fierce 5. Tuesdays and thursdays ill run 5 miles and swim after for 20-30 min. I drink a whey protein shake now after my workout. Im a complete noob although i asked around the gym for form and stuff like that so im doing alright and enjoying it.
I weigh 135 and am 5'3". I dont really care about getting huge, but more about losing my body fat and looking more lean.
However, im not sure what to do as far as "cutting" and "bulking". I am skinny. But i dont have money and eating the way you need to get lean and cut is expensive for me. Any advice? And if i were to "bulk" would just eating fast food be fine?
Or will i see a general growth in muscles the way i am going? Like will my muscles grow naturally just doing workouts and a protein shake, while not really eating the most optimal diet? I try to watch my calories at least to 1700, although i eat whatever (McDonalds on break, etc) because i dont have time to cook anytime since right after work i go straight to school and after school i go to the gym which closes in 2 hours. :(
And i just realized i might have posted this in the wrong section sorry guys
