I know intermittent fasting isn't the best, while bulking i try and maximize mps with 4-5 meals however when cutting IF just seems to make a massive difference with my hunger, for some reason i always get the most hungry at night, if i spread my intake over the day at night time i get intense cravings at night which drives me insane, if reduces this massively i never get such cravings in the morning no matter how i spread my intake its weird that i only happens at night. I drink coffee during the day with sugar and milk so technically you could say its not even IF but i don't get any protein during the day other than a few grams from coffee.
For the past few days i have been doing coffee only for as long as i comfortably can then start eating sometimes this puts me in a 18 hour fasted from protein window, is this going to lead to noticeable more muscle loss than if i was eating protein during the day over 8 weeks that i will be cutting?
