How many calories would be a good starting point for me?

Hey guys I'm 15 years old and recently started the Fierce 5 novice routine. My main goal is to get my lifts up and build some mass. Gym is my only physical activity other than that I'm completely sedentary.
I'm 6'0 and 149lbs. Of course i will adjust the calories as I start gaining but what would be a good starting point?
