Hello guys, i started weight lifting about 45 days ago. The problem is im gaining alot of weight reaaally really quick. Like i started out at around 84kg/185pounds and now 40/45 days in im at 88kg/194pounds with an height of 180cm/5.90feet
My calorie intake is at around 3000 - 3200 a day.
i work as an construction worker with workhours at around 12hours a day. so i burn a good amount of calories there.
Can anyone help me, as im getting a bit fat..
And sorry for my english. Wasn't good at listening in school. :P
