How do I count macros for raw vs cooked chicken thigh?

Alright so I need to start eating 2 pounds of chicken thigh everyday. On the package the nutrition is based on raw chicken thigh I believe so if I go to the store and buy 2 pounds of RAW chicken thigh with let’s say 200g protein total. But when I cook it the two pounds is now only 1 pound. Does that, now cooked, one pound of chicken thigh still have 200g protein and same nutrition. Or would I need to buy double the raw chicken thigh so when I cook it it cooks down to what I need.
