Hello guys, just went out of the keto diet, and have some question for you :)
the nutrition i followed on the keto diet was Thomas Dlauer, and of one of his videos he was talking about eating carbs and fat at the same meal and its implications (scientific improved).
he said that insulin is the key to open the "cell's" door,in order to enter the glucose inside the cell.
but he also said, that while eating fats and carbs together, the fats that in the blood stream will enter too to the cell, and will cause to obesity.
but with eating the fats alone, it won't spike the insulin, and won't get into the cells.
I want to know if that's true, because now, when i quit the keto, i'm afraid to combine fats with my carbs meals and struggling to make an eating plan like that.
