So I’m 18 and I’ve always been lean with some muscle. I can definitely be a lot bigger especially if I had a meal plan since I eat what ever I want or have at the moment. I understand I need to get calories, proteins, and carbs and all this stuff for my body but I’m not sure how to go about it since I’m new at this. How many meals should I be eating? If you can give me an idea that would be great.
