Hi,
I started a few weeks ago trying to cut weight and following a strict diet plan along with exercise, I have a desk job and workout 3-4 days a week with weights and cardio incorporated. It was recommended to me to eat 6 times a day, eat all time, between 6oz - chicken, tuna fish, and lean ground turkey meat, so much meat eating it 4 times a day!
Anyway's, my goal is to drop fat, weight, get in shape.
Current weight is 242, Goal is 200.
Current Macros are below and 1900 -2k caloric diet
Protein - 213 Grams
Carb - 120, about 90 on no workout days
Fat - 67-85 Grams
Sodium - about 2,200mg
My question is does anyone have any macro suggestions based on what I have shown here?
