need help with how much i should be eating

I'm 19, female, 5'1, 125lbs and I think I'm around 30% body fat. I'm quite inactive. I have a part time job in retail where I'm on my feet for a couple of hrs but that's it. So I usually eat like 500 calories a day, cos I eat when I'm hungry and that happens like once a day, and I get full very quickly. I decided I want to make changes to my body by changing how I eat and going to gym. basically I want a smaller waist, flatter belly, bigger bum and thighs... u know the drill. I'm just unsure how much I should be eating. myfitnesspal tells me to have about 1300cal to lose 1lbs a week since I put down im lightly active but if i start going to gym 3-5 days a week, thats not lightly active is it? Also how many grams of fat and protein should I be having? Again myfitnesspal tells me 44g and 66g respectively. I think I'm making it more complicated than it should be but yeah, any help would be appreciated! :)
