Bulking calories

Currently I weigh 150 pounds, trying to continue to bulk up until around march and gain as much muscle as I possibly can.
I've been eating at about 3250 calories for quite a while now but for the past 2 weeks I've been stuck at around 149-151 pounds. My training has been quite inconsistent due to an injury that prevents me from training as much as I normally would but should I raise the amount of calories I eat per day?
