I’m 16 and have been bulking to get my weight up for football. This past off-season(December of 2017-August 2018) I gained about 25-30 pounds and managed to keep my abs and stay lean. I continued my bulk in season and am still bulking currently this off-season but I’ve hit a plateau and stopped gaining weight. I’m eating about 3500 calories each day and lifting 6 days a week. What should I do to break this plateau
