A lot of (big) cheat meals! How can I stop this!

What’s up my fellow athletes?

I’m Matien Azemy and I’m 16 years old. I started doing calisthenics a year ago and luckily I’m getting stronger and more muscular.

The past few weeks my diet isn’t going very well. I’m having like four (big) cheat meals a week and I have gained a bit of weight........ How can I stop this? I want to limit myself to two (normal sized) cheat meals. But everytime I’m having one, the portion I’m eating is only getting bigger and at the end I start feeling a bit guilty. I like what I eat. I like my morning oatmeal, my cottage cheese with a banana (as lunch) etc. But somehow when I eat a piece of cake or two cookies, it gets out of control.

I would really appreciate your help and time!
