I have always trained on an empty stomach and drunk a protein shake after my workout, I have been told you should eat about an hour before a workout but the problem is I workout at 6am and I get up at 5.30am I don’t really want to get up earlier than this so what is the best thing to eat/drink within 30 mins before my workout?
