Relatively new to strength training (started past year). I came across info that Ginger root can mitigate DOMS. Not sure how it works or whether to use it personally. I avoid NSAIDs as the anti-inflammatory effect potentially nullifies the point of working out. Does the same hold true for Ginger root? Any experience with Ginger root impacting gains?
