Sugar free gelatin and fat free whipped cream

Does anyone have any experience with consuming a lot of sugar free gelatin in those little plastic cups (5 cals per cup) as well as fat free whipped cream? I'm talking six to eight gelatin cups a day and half a can of fat free whipped cream.

I eat 3-4 for breakfast to sort of curb my appetite (I know this is not really intermittent fasting but whatever) and 3-4 after dinner before bed.

Also, frequently I top of my coffee and greek yogurt with fat free whipped cream.

Are there potential harmful health effects associated with this?
