Dried soy, usually called soya chunks contains 54 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbs and 0.5 grams of fats per 100 grams of product

Does this mean the omega-3 was removed during the drying process?

Is it worth switching to normal soy beans since it has 36g protein, 30g carbs and 20g of fat?
