3700 calories a day to gain weight...I have questions

I attached myfitnesspal log..

I don't eat the meals like they are set out...It's just showing how much I eat in a day (I don't eat 275g of oats in one serving)

So

As you can see my fats are very high...protein is very high...carbs are very high...

It seems super odd that a 70kg 5'11 male would need to eat this much food in order to gain weight? It feels really weird actually...

I'm clearly going over protein requirements....definitely going over my fat requirement by a huge amount....but if it's calories in vs calories out when determining muscle mass gain. Is this really logical or is there something wrong with my body.

Like i'm eating 150g of fat a day....and 340g of carbs a day...what the hell? I'm only 70kg...could there be an insulin problem?

I am gaining weight...like the calories in is working...I'm just wondering if anyone else requires this much in order to gain weight even when not holding that much muscle mass?
