Some General Questions about Bulking Diet

Hi guys. I’m currently creating a diet for my bulk and have a few nutrition questions, I think they may be pretty basic but bear with me.

Does anyone else struggle to eat enough protein without eating way too many carbs? It’s an issue I seem to have when trying to meet protein requirements. Equally, it means I don’t have a lot of fruit or veg in my diet because that’s just more carbs on top of the excess I already have. I take multivitamins but they can’t really be used as a substitute for veg no? What do you guys recommend?

Do I need to worry about too much of my protein coming from dairy? I consume a large amount of protein from milk, simply because a glass of milk/bowl of cereal is so quick and easy. I’ve seen some stuff on the internet saying that this should maybe be avoided.

Is there an issue with eating too few carbs? My understanding is that if your protein, fat and calories are sufficient, there’s no minimum requirement for carbs. However, many people seem to say that eating low carb is a really bad when bulking, even if you’re in a calorie surplus.

To what extent do you think typically “unhealthy” food should be avoided? Is it just a case of IIFYM?

Thanks in advance guys.
