Good evening all, I hope everyone is doing well.
I am currently cutting on 1550 calories (5'8 70kgs, 21 years old )
I was wondering if I should be counting fibers as part of my daily caloric intake?
For example today I've had 110g of carbs 40 of which were fiber.
Should I subtract 40 from 110 = 70 x4 = 280 calories?or should I count the calories as 110g of carbs?
Some days I would eat really high amounts of fiber like 60g and i think it's important to know if they should be included in my caloric intake or not.
