Revamping my meal plan for bulking. Thoughts?
Macros: 220P, 395C, 115F, 3500 CAL
18, 6' ft, 190 lbs.
Breakfast: 2 slices bread, 1 whole avocado, 1/4 container of egg whites
AM snack: 1/2 cup almonds, 2 guacamole mini cups from costco
Lunch: roasted chicken with brown rice and bell peppers ~23 total oz.
PM snack: 1 scoop chocolate whey (120 cal, 24P), 1/4 cup almonds
PRE-workout (1 hour before): 1 scoop vanilla whey (312 cal, 12.5 P), 1 banana
30 minutes before workout: Pre jym
POST-workout: 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1 slice of bread, 1/2 cup almonds, post jym
Dinner: Turkey fried rice ~27 total oz.
totals: 3 meals, 4 snacks
Any criticisms? Any adjustments? My only concern is that I'll eat too many almonds which I'm using for fat content, no fruits (besides a banana), and no milk.
