For the past month I’ve been on keto and posted something earlier with a diet plan and what not, throughout the month I was successful at lossing weight for the most part and lost roughly 15lbs but now I would rather get off keto and let me explain why.
I have been tracking calories since the beginning and this is nothing new but to now go out and find low carb items and incorporate all that just makes it a headache and I’m always worrying about what I’m eating. I’ve also notice some serious body changes, some being good such as more defined arms but some being bad like increased size in my “man boobs” which makes clothing look super awkward. Not just that I want a cheat meal quite badly as that’s what motivates me to keep going as I have a date in mind.
I was mostly thinking what I can do from now on is have a cheat meal bi-weekly to monthly and continue on a low carb diet, but not keto per se. My cheat meals would mostly consist of chicken, fries and like a sauce with a chocholate bar for dessert or so and for the rest of the time I would eat lean chicken, lots of fiber nutritious vegetables and like a mid level of fat, with of course a calorie defecit of at least 500 or so.
Any advice on how I can really have a cheat meal here and there and still lose weight would be appreciated, I still do have a ways to go currently at 254lbs, aiming for 190lbs and starting at 310lbs.
