Hi dear
i had bought serious mass 12lb so i want to gain some weight as i make shake with serious mass

250g milk
peanut butter 3 tbsp
bananas 3
oats
choclate syrup 3tbsp
serious mass 1 scoop
cocunut oil 2 tbsp

how i mix them so clumps will not occur and when i drink after workout i feel something in stomach like gas or bloating how to avoid this please help me??
