I am 15 years old, 6'2" and 170 pounds, I am skinny fat and want to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time (especially seeing as i have a swim class and I want to lose fat to look good), can I eat very high protein and little to no carbs and gain muscle while losing fat? thanks, Note I'm 20% body fat and I would like to be around 10-15%, I plan on eating eggs, chicken, vegetables, and some milk with a bit of oat meal and pasta every now and then, thanks
