I'm going into bodybuilding and have been doing so for about a year now. However I haven't really been paying attention to my diet which according to some is 80 % of the muscle building. Hence I asked my friend who's a bodybuilder from Croatia and he told me to do the bulking phase and gave me a good nutrition program to follow for 3 months. Then he told me to enter the cutting phase and then back. Problem is he didn't detail how the cutting phase works and how long I'm supposed to do it etc. Sadly I kind of lost contact with him since he moved to a new town and doesn't have a stable internet connection :/.
He did however refer me to this place because he had once gotten help when he was building in his early days. I was hoping for the same results.
If you have any article or any of your own tips that could help me understand cutting phase I'll be very happy :)!
I'm in the skinny fat phase at the moment and I weigh about 75 kilos and I'm 184 Cm tall.
